Feedback from previous classes and presentations
I talk a lot and make fun of myself. People seem to enjoy the second one and tolerate the first one. Don’t believe me? Check out the feedback, reviews, and testimonials below!

Everything was educational and informative. Would recommend to others as well as retake this class to further my journey. The humor and conversational delivery was refreshing.

Testimonials
Leadership Concepts not only provided me with a solid theoretical foundation but also practical tools that I can apply in my professional and personal life. Through interactive exercises and studies, I developed a deeper understanding of various leadership styles and their real-world applications. The class also emphasized the significance of ethical leadership and the impact it has on team dynamics and organizational success.

The Leadership Concepts course was very informative for a young leader or a newly transitioned leader – it was especially interesting discussing learning styles, leadership styles, and communication skills needed in being an effective leader. This course discussed the highs and lows of leadership in a realistic and solutions-oriented manner and Charles kept the course engaging and interactive for all the participants. He did a great job leaning into the different needs and learning preferences of each participant. This course is extremely beneficial for a developing leader on their professional development journey and in providing leaders useful tools to help foster, create, and maintain a positive work culture.

Keys2Work and Recycleforce participated in the Leadership Concepts workshop led by Mr. Kelley. I found the training to be especially beneficial for employees and leaders in bridging the gaps that are often created between colleagues working at different levels in an organization. Leadership Concepts and Mr. Kelley’s approach offered great awareness to the challenges we all face in our various, complementary lines of work. I would recommend this course to future colleagues.
