About me
Hello! My name is Charles Kelley, and that’s all I have to say about that. I entered the workforce at 14 years old and have maintained steady employment ever since – which is way too long now. I graduated from Ball State University where I received the best seven-year education they’ve ever provided. Most people do that in four years, but I like to pace myself. I graduated from Ball State with a degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology, and have worked with various criminal justice agencies since. I am currently the Manager of Community Supervision for one of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the United States.
Throughout my career, I’ve recognized that promotional processes are typically based on technical skills, and that there is a large gap in the area of leadership development. I have since developed my own Leadership Concepts training curriculum, as well as a twelve-month Leadership Development Series. I am also a certified facilitator for already established programs such as Continuous Quality Improvement, Diversity Fundamentals, and the Peace Education Program.
